Our Principal Ms Hazra Ahmed, completed her primary education in New Zealand and then moved to Australia where she completed her tertiary education. In 1996, Hazra graduated from Griffith University with a Law Degree and two Arts Degrees. Hazra has over 20 years’ legal experience.
After graduating with a Law Degree and two Arts Degrees, Hazra was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1999. Hazra completed her Articles (Graduate Training) through a busy suburban general practice law firm and gained experience in a range of areas including, family law, personal injury, wills and estates, probate, conveyancing, commercial law.
Hazra has a wealth of experience in both the private and public sectors and her experiences have been gained from working in small suburban law practices, to middle tier, large private firms and corporate organisations.

Ms Kylie Drage
Ms Kylie Drage (Kylie) has practiced in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Law, Domestic Violence, Child Safety Matters, Wills and Enduring Power of Attorneys since her admission in 2010.
Kylie has extensive experience in children’s and financial matters and has represented clients at Case Assessment Conferences, Conciliation Conferences, Interim Hearings, private mediations and settlement negotiations as well as various Court Applications before judicial officers.
Kylie has also gained significant experience in Criminal Law matters and is currently on the Duty Lawyer list at the Holland Park Magistrates Court for Domestic Violence matters, advising Respondents.
Kylie has a particular interest in children’s matters with a view to assisting clients to find innovative solutions that promote the best interests of the child.
Kylie loves outdoor activities and is a proud mother of two young children.

Joanna works as an independent contractor for education agencies, accounting firms and law firms. Joanna has a wealth of experience in the following:

Joanna has worked as a processing officer for Hunt Migration (Jan 2017-Jan 2018) where she assisted the in-house Immigration Barrister in relation to AAT cases, prepared comprehensive submissions to the Department and effectively waived numerous schedule 3 and 8101 conditions, prepared and submitted skill assessment applications and positively won the appeal with VETASSESS, responsible for complex cases, managed to obtain visa approvals with adverse visa histories, handled lodgement of visa applications from beginning to end, and advised client on required documentations, liaised with clients and the Department during the processing of application, and obtained priority processing for clients under Ministerial Direction 72, responded to departmental requests in a timely manner, monitored and met deadlines on all immigration matters, supervised and supported team members, providing guidance and solutions to colleagues regarding IMMI requests, provided trainings to junior staff for navigating LegendCom and Officio, maintained advanced file management by using OneNote system
Joanna has worked as a Migration Supervisor – Mygration Pty Ltd (Jul 2016-Dec 2016) – where she gained expertise in 457, 186 and RSMS 187 visas with outstanding successful rate, iindependently managing over 40 files at one time, conducting regular legal researches on changes and amendments of legislations and strategize file preparation process accordingly, challenge immigration decisions with can-do attitude. Successfully overturned immigration decisions at AAT regarding 457 and 820 visa refusals. Analysed Parliamentary reports on visa grant statistics and making intellectual decisions. Actively communicating with regional certifying bodies in writings or phone calls. Have obtained 100% successful rate on RCB Approval. Communicate effectively with skill assessing authorities for clarifications and confirmation to ensure positive outcomes. Maintaining a strong relationship with business owners and sponsors, this has led to the increasing numbers of returned clients.
